Performing sanity check on apache22 configuration:
....
httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
Syntax OK
Starting apache22.

Fixed by setting a bogus hostname ChangeMe.example.org on initial boot.
