Description
checks active users on an Public AP interface. Performance data would be nice to see trends in network usage.

no active users doesn't mean that something is wrong, so not really a Nagios issue.
ap Associations doesn't mean anything these days with all the iphones around

If the IEEE802dot11 SNMP is active on the node this value could be retrieved...
other posibility is to write a plugin that is executed via the NRPE interface on the node.
