Lvrouted missing pid creation

Description
Script /usr/local/etc/rc.d/lvrouted.sh is not writing his pid on startup, causing the pid not be be found by other programs, like the website status checker

Some weirdness going on at the start up script. Better integration with lvrouted.opt is maybe required. Maybe even a simple wrapper around it
