Description

Checks if the lvRouted deamon is running properly on the node. Maybe performance data can be retrieved of the number of active/known routes.

current check enabled only checks the process via the check_snmp_process command
and retrieves CPU en Memory usage...

The check_snmp_process plugin is used from
​http://nagios.manubulon.com/

command_line  $USER1$/check_snmp_process.pl -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -C public -n $ARG1$ -u 80,99 -m $ARG2$ -F

check_command check_snmp_process!lvrouted!10,25

To get more info from lvRouted

  • collect stats based on current info in snmptree (RFC1213-MIB)
  • Via the NRPE interface on the new node factory
  • Stats could be written to snmptree via new MIB for lvRouted
