Milestone Node overlay

Overlay with Wireless Leiden nodes and their estimated coverage. This could be done by taking the lat/lng of a node, the lat/lng of the furthest known measurement where this node was received, take the distance, convert to pixel, and finally use that as a radius to draw a circle on the position of that node.
