Install Django trunk revision 8354 to $DJANGOROOT

$svn co -r 8354 http://code.djangoproject.com/svn/django/trunk/ $DJANGOROOT
$ cd $DJANGOROOT 
$ ./sudo python setup.py install

To create the database:
$ cd $SVNROOT
$ ./sampleserver/manage.py --pythonpath=`pwd`  syncdb

To run the developmentserver do
$ cd $SVNROOT
$ ./sampleserver/manage.py --pythonpath=`pwd` runserver <8000>
