Volunteers of the department Teylingen of Wireless Leiden have built a node on the roof of the McDonalds restaurant next to the NS train station Sassenheim. There is a working link to the Kaag Societeit.
Now visitors of the platforms can use the Internet, thanks to this new node. Our first observations show that from the start use has been made of this new service. The Internet speed was 6 Mbps in the first measurements. It is likely that the speed will increase after some small modifications in the network, that will be made soon.
