Node JVC adapted

The node on the building, formerly owned by JVC, which building is now in use by Collis (consultancy), has been moved a bit on the roof, as requested by the new owner. We have used this occasion to make the node more compact and to add a new interlink to Zoeterwoude.

Wireless Leiden is very obliged to Collis that the node is allowed to remain on the roof of this fine location.

Wireless Zoeterwoude is building

As has been published here before, Wireless Leiden is building, with the cooperation of with the local government of Zoeterwoude, a number of nodes, in order to give Zoeterwoude a good Wifi coverage.

Recently a new node at the swimming pool "Haasbroek" in Zoeterwoude has been built. More nodes to follow!!

Node Juffermans under construction

Volunteers of Wireless Leiden have started the building of a new node, on Thursday August 10, 2012, on a building at "Jachthaven Juffermans" in Warmond.

All materials and cables have been mounted and positioned onto an antenna mast, which will soon (according to our expectancy in the week, starting on August 13, 2012) mounted against the wall of the building. Then the box with the electronic apparatus will also be positioned and the node will be ready to use.
