All equipment at the Gorlaeus Lab has been removed, before the high rise building will be demolished. These nodes have been in operation since 2003 (!), with a number of updates over the years.
The two (in fact three) nodes at the Huygens are a step forward in hardware and also the location is even a bit higher with unobstructed view in all directions. This enabled a new link to Valkenburg airfield (node at Zuidhollandse Vlieg Club).
